1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Outdoor Living Weather Patio Studio (the “service”), operated by OUTDOOR LIVING LIMITED, company number 05026080, registered at C/O Buy It Direct Ltd Trident Business Park, Neptune Way, Huddersfield, England, HD2 1UA. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

The service is a digital visual planning tool. It generates AI-rendered patio living boards from the space, weather window, seating, lamp mood and colour options you choose. Boards are illustrative references only.

3. Not professional advice

Boards are not construction, installation, structural, electrical or weatherproofing advice, and must not be relied on as such. You are responsible for choosing suitable products and for engaging a qualified professional for any physical work. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of a board.

4. Credits and payment

The service runs on render credits. One credit renders one board. Prices are shown in US dollars ($). Payment provider pending — no card is charged and no payment is collected until checkout is enabled. Refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • You may use downloaded boards for your own personal planning; resale of the boards as a standalone product is not permitted.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its design and its content are owned by OUTDOOR LIVING LIMITED or its licensors. Rendered boards are provided to you for personal planning use as described above.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the studio develops.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
